LANGUAGE OF THE CONFERENCE:
Languages in
official use in RS
TYPE OF THE PAPERS
The papers must be original and not previously
published, and submitted in one of the languages officially used in
Republic Srpska or English language. The following types of paper
may be submitted:
А. Research paper –
the paper with the topic in accordance with this year’s theme of the
conference, presenting an original research and its innovative
results. Total main text length should not exceed 10 pages.
Presentation of the paper at the
conference: lasting maximum 15 minutes.
B. Review paper
- the paper with the topic in accordance with this year’s theme of
the conference, giving an original and concise critical review of
the research field that the author comes from. Main text length
should not exceed 10 pages.
Presentation of the paper at the conference:
lasting maximum 15 minutes.
C. Professional analytical paper
- the paper with the topic in accordance with this year’s theme of
the conference, which refers to the relevant and actual
problem/project, acquired experiences and learned lessons. Main text
length should not exceed 8 pages.
Presentation of the paper at the conference:
lasting maximum 10 minutes.
D. Summary of ideas and projects in progress,
with the topic in accordance with this
year’s theme of the conference. Main text length should not exceed 8
pages.
Presentation of the paper at the conference: lasting maximum 10
minutes.
Number of
participants is limited. The Scientific – planning Committee of the
conference will select the papers.
Important: The
selected articles will be published in the Sixth Conference
Collection. Its printing is planned before the Conference starting.
To provide timely and efficient preparation of the Collection, the
authors are asked to strictly obey specified deadlines and the
instructions for writing the paper.
Additional corrections or supplements to submitted papers won’t be
possible.
Organizational committee keeps the right to
exclude those papers from the Collection, which are not submitted in
accordance with specified deadlines and instructions.
CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION COSTS:
Registration fee
Participants whose papers are selected by the Scientific – planning
committee of the Conference will be free of the registration fee
payment.
Organizer will provide them free working material, the
Collection of the Sixth Conference, and cover all other costs
included by registration fee.
Other participants should pay the registration fee in the amount of
100 KM (50 EUR) which includes the following:

Sixth Conference

Refreshments during the Conference
-
Formal dinner.
Accommodation
Accommodation of the Sixth conference participants is foreseen in
the hotel Palas in Banjaluka, that is located nearby the place where
the Conference will be held. Accommodation costs in this hotel (max.
2 nights with breakfast) for lecturers whose papers have been
selected by the Scientific – planning committee of the Conference
will be covered by the organizer, while for other participants the
special accommodation prices during the Conference days are
provided, if they decide to stay in that hotel.
Travel costs
Travel costs (real costs of the fuel or bus/railway traffic, with
appropriate documents, up to maximum amount of 100 KM/50 EUR) for
lecturers whose papers are selected by the Scientific – planning
committee of the Conference, will be covered by the organizer. If
the paper is prepared by more than one author, the organizer will
only cover the accommodation costs for one of the authors that will
be presenting the paper.
Other participants are supposed to cover the travel costs by
themselves
